Constiga Class (Heavy Cruiser)

This is the Constiga class Heavy Cruiser a Section 31 built starship.

in the late 2270's/Early 2280's a starship appeared by the edge of Federation space, a Constitution class starship was sent by starfleet to investigate the ship, it was revealed to be a Vertical type starship built by a secret organization called Section 31. The ship was then brought back to spacedock and commissioned into starfleet service. the ship was then called the Constiga class starship.
